So the Prosperity Packages and the QFS Accounts are different items? One is for those involved in the major Farmers Claim Lawsuit and the other is for the rest of us lawful people?
“Prosperity Packages: We confirmed they had the meeting last Saturday and decided to use hand to hand delivery for those payments. Now I hope they will call before they show up and it’s a pretty sizeable check and also the people that will be doing the deliveries will be National Guard – two coming to the door. Those deliveries start tonight Thurs. 8 Aug. or tomorrow morning Fri. 9 Aug.”
Hand delivering the Prosperity Packages to each individual, even by secure means of the National Guard, is now different than a delivery service leaving a package at your doorstep even when it is worth millions of dollars?
The White Hats want to make sure these people receive their massive checks in person when some criminals can be following around the National Guard door to door and then seizing them if the person is not there or even attacking the people after they receive them to then have them go to the bank and make a sizable withdrawal. Or gang members just attack the two National Guard to grab the billions of dollars worth of Packages of checks?
Many people are at work or like me was out of town as a long haul truck driver and cannot go somewhere to then pick up the Prosperity Packages within hours if the National Guard were to come to my house.
This is as bad as the SWAT Teams going to a location to serve a warrant and then raid the place when it is the wrong location and the wrong people.
The White Hats can say they were delivered, but those that were to receive them would have to fight it in court while the criminals haul off with the funds.

Or are these the same as the QFS Accounts as someone was questioning my thoughts of security and thought it would be better to hand deliver them and not keep the millions of dollars in the safe QFS facilities? And this is even worse!
To reach 250,000,000 people with maybe 100,000 of the National Guard it would take maybe 10 years to finally reach everyone and then there would be maybe another 50,000,000 to deliver to some of the children grew up.
