There’s a lot of talk about Gold & Silver backed currency, Precious Metal backed, commodity basket backed, etc.
We need a Language Correction.
The Correct wording must be “Held” as in Holdings.
It is my opinion that we must have Gold & Silver Held currencies, commodities, assets in the ground, etc.
The Language used does indeed matter.
Backed can be interpreted as backwards. Held, on the other hand, means that something is tangible.
So, if one of We The People has $10,000 U.S. notes, somewhere in a vault, there must be precious metals being Held Securely that equals $10,000 U.S. Notes.
