From what Bruce says it is more like we are to be verified, watched and tracked to gain access to our QFS Account.
“Thurs. 19 Sept. 2024 Bruce:
“NESARA will be out in the next seven days.
“R&R should be in your Quantum Account when you exchange, or will be direct deposited into your bank account.
“You will be given a Q phone so you can access your Quantum Account.
“To set up your Quantum Account you will need a Biometric finger or thumb print, user name and password, 5 digit pin number and the name of a new email account and password.
“You have 3-5 min. to do a quick presentation on your Humanitarian Project

“We will be finishing up everything by the end of Sept. NESARA to come out, R&R payments, SS increases in your bank account, and exchanges started by the last day of Sept.”
Hope this will end before 1 Oct. as I should be receiving my SSDI on Mon. 30 Sept. to then let you know for sure or will my funds halt into my present account as it is going directly now into my QFS Account without any notice to me and I have no access to that Account?
Will the only way we gain access to our QFS Account is with our Biometric finger or thumb print and a new email account, like with gmail with multiple back doors?
Will it be that none of our R&R and NESARA payouts will go into our present bank / credit union accounts as we thought as those are not secure enough?
Will we also need a Q Phone with GPS so if any thieves steal it then the cops can track it down for us as a safety precaution? The DS and WH call it safety, but we call it invasive.
Many seniors and homeless don’t have a cell phone and don’t know how to use them or with a regular computer, but now we must to be in the SYSTEM.
Is this Humanitarian Project for only those that are to RV or is it for We The People with our R&R and NESARA payouts where we all must put 80 % or more into Humanitarian Projects as we cannot keep it all ourselves?

This is like now we have automatic 80 % Income Tax as Trump, the White Hats and the USA Republic Treasury are the only ones who say where we can spend our Birth Certificate funds. S----S Again!
This would surely be Taxation without Representation as we don’t even know who the White Hats are as they were not elected positions as well as those working in the USA Republic Treasury.
