Do you not see how they are framing this as reaching the end of a long bridge from where they started with monetary reforms from what they are about to accomplish as the tipping point once it concludes? Especially since ASYCUDA is now activated. Monday and throughout that entire week trade agreements will be made that will allow Iraq to finish not only their cabinet but reforms.
