The only way I see this as a positive is if the Senate knows it will not pass and the delay is to ensure it will.

The vote should still happen well before the midterms so that part is a non issue.

It isn’t time yet.

Has anyone ever thought about that?

If it didn’t happen it wasn’t supposed to yet and yes that sucks but we aren’t entitled to anything on this timeline.

We don’t make the game we only get to play it.

As long as you’re positioned you’ll win, eventually.

This is actually comical considering the news last night.

This is what I mean though, didn’t seem like the White House made a big push on the Clarity Act getting done before August recess.

Begs the question, why?

Clarity Act + rate cuts in Q4.

ISM just hit 55.6.

Russell 2000 at ATH.

Looks like 2026 Bull run is still on.
