IRAN
Iran’s official rial slipped again. The Central Bank of Iran posted 1 USD = 1,757,542 IRR, up from 1,752,285 on 3 October — a small official weakening.
The street price is the sharper signal:
Reuters puts the market rate near 2.688 million rials per dollar, a fresh record low.
Tehran’s response is already underway.
The central bank has started selling up to $2 billion through state banks to prop up the currency, and four Iranian 🇮🇷 banks are now distributing foreign exchange under that program.
IRAQ
Iraq’s plumbing kept running, nothing more.
The Central Bank of Iraq released today’s bill-auction results, so its monetary-market tools are still in use.

Its published rate page still shows 1 USD = 1,310 IQD. No official IQD revaluation or redenomination was announced.
Elsewhere, the only clean payment-system note is Russia.🇷🇺 The Bank of Russia is still rolling out the digital-ruble framework — transaction limits and bank-participation rules that took effect 1 September.
That is infrastructure, not a revaluation.
VIETNAM, ZIMBABWE, VENEZUELA
Vietnam’s dong, Zimbabwe’s ZiG, and Venezuela’s bolívar: no meaningful new official reform, redenomination, or major policy shift turned up today.
No evidence today supports an IQD, VND, ZiG, IRR, or VES “RV.”
This is balance-sheet and payments plumbing moving in public, not a slogan.
