Same day, Trump signed an Executive Order to DECREASE HOUSING COSTS.

But there’s a much bigger picture here.

SUPER INTELLIGENCE to modernize mortgage risk assessments and property valuations.

Federal financing and guarantees to encourage production of affordable, factory-built homes.

Lower interest rates on certain USDA and VA direct home loans.

Federal Home Loan Bank liquidity programs being explored to support smaller homebuilders and entry-level housing.

Treasury is also moving to limit large institutional investors competing with American families for existing homes.

NOW THINK ABOUT THIS…

One of America’s biggest housing problems is SUPPLY.

Not enough affordable homes, expensive construction, high borrowing costs, and families competing with investors.

What happens if we make it easier for builders to access capital, use advanced technology to lower costs, and bring MORE homes onto the market?

More supply could help relieve housing prices while lower financing expenses make homeownership more accessible.

And THAT brings me back to the US Debt Clock.
