Price tells us what someone will pay for our XRP this morning. Value asks what someone might need it for over the next twenty years.
Those are very different conversations.
Crypto can put a billion-dollar price tag on a joke before lunch. Building something the world can depend on takes a little longer. Apparently, moving money across borders involves more paperwork than launching a coin named after somebody’s dog.
Now consider a deeper question:
What if the wisest, most brilliant and visionary among us anticipated the need for a new global settlement token – one designed to help restore national sovereignty, respect human agency, and provide transparent records the entire world could inspect and trust?
What would such a system need to accomplish?
• Nations would need to exchange value while retaining authority over their own affairs.
• People would need meaningful control over their property and choices.
• Transactions would need records that could be checked.
• Trust would have to rest on something people could verify.
What would that capability be worth to a world paying dearly for friction, delay, debt, institutional control and opaque accounting?
That is the scale of the question behind the long-haul XRP thesis.

We ask whether XRP can become useful enough that people and institutions acquire it because they need what it does. Its global usefulness must create demand for the token itself. That is where the vision meets the machinery.
Meanwhile, the chart keeps blinking.
And most of us keep checking it – as though refreshing the screen constitutes institutional adoption. I include myself among this distinguished research department.
“We walk by faith, not by sight.”
2 Corinthians 5:7
A farmer plants before there is a harvest. A builder lays foundations before there is a skyline. Both commit something valuable before the finished result becomes visible.
The farmer still checks the soil. The builder still checks the foundation.
That is conviction with its eyes open.

For us XRP holders, patience has substance when we understand what we own, why it matters, and what evidence shows that its usefulness continues growing.
• A green candle can make you feel brilliant without making you right.
• A red candle can make you feel foolish without making you wrong.
Time has a way of sorting that out. Usually without consulting our preferred moon schedule.
Faith in God can steady the person holding the investment. Research and discernment keep examining the investment itself.
If our thesis concerns the foundations of global finance, let’s give our attention to those foundations: what is being built, who is using it, what problems it solves, and how XRP participates.
Price is today’s exchange. Value is the usefulness that can endure long after today’s excitement – or disappointment – has passed.
Know what we own. Keep checking the foundation. Give patience to our thesis of this transforming time that will bear amazing generational fruit.
And let’s occasionally put our phones down.
We have quite a profound future based on the 15+ years of brilliance, effort and sacrifices by many pioneering giants on whose shoulders we all stand.
Beyond Grateful.
