Two iPhone 12 set correctly and at two separate locations, did not respond to the EBS test.
Did some checking. In order to activate EBS TEST response, iPhone users MUST enter the following NUMERICAL SEQUENCE, and then PRESS GREEN BUTTON.

Phone will indicate “TEST ALERTS ENABLED”. Press DISMISS to exit.
